CJS4 is located 13 kilometres northeast of Moose Jaw on Highway 301. The airport features a single paved runway and 12 hangars utilized by local aviation enthusiasts and businesses. 

MJMAA recommends aviators stay north of Highway 1 to avoid CFB Moose Jaw airspace.
